美国ITC发布对移动蜂窝通信设备的337部分终裁

据中国贸易救济信息网，9月30日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定移动蜂窝通信设备（Certain Mobile Cellular Communications Devices，调查编码：337-TA-1456）作出337部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2025年9月10日作出的初裁（No.7）不予复审，即基于申请方撤回，终止对列名被告芬兰HMD Global of Finland的调查。

2025年8月4日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定移动蜂窝通信设备（Certain Mobile Cellular Communications Devices）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1456）。

2025年7月3日，韩国Pantech Corporation of the Republic of Korea向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品违反了美国337条款（侵权美国注册专利号9,548,839、11,659,503、11,051,344、12,267,876），请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。
